Maui 2010

ALOHA!

We are back for a second time

to the beautiful island
of Maui, Hawaii.

We arrive just in time to celebrate

Christmas Day and stay to greet

the New Year.

 

 

This time, to do something different

we drive toward the

North and Central part of the island

and get  to explore it's markets.

bays and mountains.

 

 

While the mainland
was blanketed with snow

we enjoyed a day at sea
looking for whales,
feeling the wind thru our hair

and fit a little snorkle in between.

 

 

We bid farewell to the year

with a dinner cruise and greeted the

New Year full of hope.

Las Vegas 2010

We are celebrating

Thanksgiving 2010 in sin city...

Las Vegas , Nevada.

The increasing congestion
and restrictions
at the Hoover Dam crossing
have led to the development
of a new bridge called the
"Hoover Bypass".

The bridge crosses the
Colorado River approximately
1,500 feet downstream
over the Hoover Dam,
IMPRESSIVE!!

VEGAS, here we come...$$$

Sedona/Jerome 2010

We are once again visiting

Sedona, Arizona.

We start with a drive

up the mountain and taking a walk 

in Jerome, an old mining town.

The views...the mountains...

the open space!

Once in Sedona...

A perfect, gorgeous day!

San Juan Capristano 2010

We get to drive this time to...

San Juan Capristano, California.

We will enjoy
the sight and sounds

of the San Clemente Pier
and it's vicinity.

We take day trips to

San Diego, Long Beach,
Laguna Beach and San Pedro. 

We get to visit Missions,
Disney and even a

Korean Friendship Bell.

We enjoyed our trip,
