We drive to our next destination,
Avila Beach, California.
We will stroll the streets of
San Luis Obispo.
We will visit the "quaint"
town of Morro Bay.
Enjoy the lazy afternoons
by the beach...
A visit to the
Monterey Bay Aquarium,
because of it's proximity, is a must!
We meet with Cachita's
long lost cousin at Monterey.
They drive us along the
"17 mile drive"
at Pebble Beach.
Stopping once in awhile to
take inn the majestic beauty of the area.
Very enjoyable day!
Today, we are visiting
numerous wineries.
All kinds of wines, all kind of uses...
Definitely, our opinion is,
a trip to San Luis Obispo is not
complete if you do not attend
it's farmer's market.
We spend the afternoon
at Pismo Beach.
Next, we are heading to
San Francisco.
We visit the Fisherman's Wharf,
the Cannery...
We tour the city on a
"double decker red bus"...
...for two solid days!
We did not miss a thing,
we can assure you!
Then, we walk the streets of
CHINATOWN
And take daily drives thru
the Streets of San Francisco.
We pack a lunch with local produce
and enjoy the views.
Another day we spend it at the park
where we enjoy the views
of the bridge.
We are fascinated by the
local architecture...
...and local food!
Our next "must do" moment
comes on a ferry to
Alcatraz Island.
Once there, we get a chance to be
transported into another time,
...well worth the ride!
